1. Digital Products

All courses, training programs, and digital content available on NF Academy are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

• Duplicate purchase of the same course
• Technical issues preventing access to the course
• Accidental purchase reported within 24 hours
• Unauthorized transaction verified by our team

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
